- Hello Olukoya Olusesan, Thank being one more time my Guest today.

- Our Last Interview is nearly 10 Years ago. What has happened in Pro Wrestling Africa since then?

For the sake of introduction and information to those that may not know me, Olusesan Olukoya is my name and I am an African professional wrestling analyst, manager, promoter, columnist, publisher, crusader and an activist. I have been propagating African pro wrestling for close to four decades since 1988 and I have visited almost all the African nations that have semblance of professional Wrestling in Asia, Europe and the USA. I am the Secretary General of Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA), Director of Publicity for the Nigeria Pro Wrestling Federation and the Executive Director at the Pro Wrestling Afrik Promotions Ltd, a registered company promoting professional wrestling in Nigeria and beyond. I am the Chief Operation Officer (COO) and a board member at the Golden Wrestling Federacy (GWF) based in Florida, the USA under the auspices of Dr. Jim McDowell, the Golden Boy and the President of AIWF Africa. I was here last in the year 2016 and a lot has happened at the Pro Wrestling Africa which is the apex ruling body of professional wrestling in Africa with head office at Botswana and the secretariat based in Lagos, Nigeria. Yes, we have heard championships in many African nations, established pro wrestling in Benin Republic, Togo and Ghana, and due to tour Zimbabwe before October this year in an effort to established the sport in that Southern African nation. We have taken African pro wrestlers for training tour to Belgium, France, Denmark and looking at exploring other European nations and even USA and Canada in the coming years.

- In March you visit the USA for the Annual AIWF World championship and the 33rd anniversary, that’s right?

Yes, it was an awesome pro wrestling championship and a great meeting where I met lots of great and talented wrestlers from the USA and Canada. I attended the Annual AIWF World championship and the 33rd anniversary on the 1st and 2nd of March 2024 at Mount Airy, NC, the USA which was a good starting point for me in my capacity as the President of the AIWF Africa. I was able to showcase two African talents who are Wolf NDA (Alain Noudem) and L’Animal (Alain Tazo) who are both from Cameroon. In the coming years, Africa a continent with 54 nations would definitely be more represented by showcasing more talented wrestlers at the AIWF World Championship and the 34th anniversary of March 2026.

- Do you have some news from the Night of the Champions 2025 in Cameroon?

Just expect to see the greatest African talents you can think of, from Cameroon, Ghana and France. The wrestlers from Cameroon who are The Wolf NDA, Kirikou, Mustapha, Black Tiger and so on are set and ready for a sincere pro wrestling showdown. Awards would be presented to some dignitaries and certificates of participations to all the wrestlers.

- What will we see this year also from the PWA?

This year, Pro Wrestling Africa would be having pro wrestling training in Benin Republic on the 21st of June 2025 and a four days training in pro wrestling too in Togo to be handled by “Shaolin Master” Simba Batote who runs the Brussels Young Wrestling Style (BYWS) based in Brussels, Belgium and we have other international tours too to attend in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain and so on. A 3-Days training will also hold in Zimbabwe to be followed up by a Championship. A lot to be done as we need to start the projects gradually.

- There are some new shooting Star´s that you can show us?

We have quiet a lot of great and talented wrestlers in our stable at the Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA) which are too many to be mentioned here. They are all doing great in their various weight categories and we are indeed proud of them.

- With close to 4 decades of experience in the sport since 1988, you have made significant contributions as a manager, columnist, publisher, crusader, historian. Something you can share with us?

To God be the glory, great things he has done. Yes, with close to four decades of experience in the African professional wrestling sport since 1988 a lot have happened for good. when I joined, publicity hype increased as I started showcasing African wrestling to the world as I started with Nigeria and then I became a columnist to many pro wrestling magazines and newsletters. I have indeed made significant contributions as a manager, columnist, publisher, crusader, historian, activist and a now a promoter as I have been instrumental in promoting pro wrestling in Africa through my work as a writer, promoter, administrator and executive officer through Pro Wrestling Africa (PWA) and my registered company, Pro Wrestling Afrik Promotions Ltd. I have promoted shows and have also collaborated with international organizations on pro wrestling promotions. I can say I have been able to contribute a quota indeed and in truth to the development and growth of African professional wrestling.
