- Hello Ted Huckabee and thank you for your time for the Fans of The Walking Dead.
Thank you for having me.



- Ted , When was the time you know you want to be an actor?
When I was very young. Around kindergarten I used to be dressed as Santa Claus for Christmas by my grandmother. I would go to schools and give away gifts to teachers as a Christmas thing. I loved the reaction of being the center of attention. Then I did my first play and it was awesome. The instant response was amazing.  So I knew very early in I wanted to be an actor.

- You worked in two of my Favorite series. "The Walking Dead" . How did you get cast?
I got an audition from my agent at the time. I had auditioned several times before. Something about Bruce and me made it happen. Lol.

- Which role did you play in the series?
I played Bruce. An Alexandrian who helps do handy man stuff around the compound. And kill zombies and raid food pantries.

- Working in TWD Universe, What is the first what you remember when you look back on set?
I guess my first memory is being on set the first day and getting to fire weapons and meeting the cast. I knew several of the cast but some I didn't know. So it was cool being welcomed.

- How did your family react when they found out that you were playing in The Walking Dead Universe?
They were excited. Anytime their acting father or husband gets cast it's exciting.

- With a role in TWD Universe comes a Big Fan Community, what are your first The Walking
Dead fan experiences?
My fan experiences that I remember are getting fan mail and signing autographs. For people all over the world. I also got a Tops trading card like a baseball card that is cool. The fans made TWD.

- Ted , you also work in so many series and Movies like "The Vampire Diaries" , "Monarch" , "Rectify". What was your personal highlight so far?
My personal acting highlight is just working. Being an actor is hard. Constant rejection constant unemployment lol. But being on a set that you've dreamed about since you were a kid is an awesome feeling.

- What is the podcast "Scale & Ted"?
Scale plus Ted is my podcast where I interview actors and find out about their experiences. How they came into the business and where they got the bug. It's available on Spotify and anywhere you get podcast. Please check it out.

- Is there any dream role or actor/actress you would loved to work in the future?
No dream role. I just want to work. The last few years have been tough for the industry. We are all reward to work. To exercise this creative muscle. And the dream is to do what you love and get paid for it.

- Is there anything else you would like to let TWD Fans and your fans know?
I enjoyed my 4 seasons on TWD. The fans are awesome. The fans made the show. If you see me out and about come say hello. I love my fans.
